Drew Ryniewicz

ImageShe is barely 15 years old, already known and loved by half the world, and is already on her way to releasing her first album. So, how did a regular teen like her from the small of town of Chino Valley, Arizona, get her big break?

I think she owes it to XFactor and to God, too, for the immense talent He has blessed her with. She won the hearts of her fans since her audition for The X-Factor USA, where she sang her own version of Justin Bieber’s “Baby”, a much slower version, which made people like her version more than the original, which was a worldwide hit.

From that point, there has been no turning back for Drew. She even surprised her mentor, Simon Cowell, at the Judges’ House round, where she sang an amazing rendition of “It Must Have Been Love”. She went through to the live shows and made it to the Top 7, but was then voted off. She was 14 when the entire X-Factor journey happened last year. Her elimination from the show upset all her “drewbies”, her friends, family and even her, but she didn’t let it stop her from pursuing her dream.

Within a month of her elimination, she set up her own YouTube channel, and started posting covers there, which went on to be huge hits. She returned home after her elimination, but continued to keep in touch with her fans. She keeps interacting with her fans, thanking them for their love and support, also asking them for song suggestions.

Yes, there are a lot of other talented teens around the world, but the unique tone in Drew’s voice is what sets her apart from the rest. Even though she hasn’t released her own single just yet, she has done covers of a number of hit songs, which are just simply amazing. Not a lot of people can make covers of hit songs and get positive feedback. Support from her family, friends and fans has kept her going.

Her character, determination to succeed, and above all, her faith in Jesus Christ makes her the perfect role model for all teens her age. She has a ‘never-give-up’ attitude and she also tells her fans to never give up on their dreams, no matter what. She is fun-loving, crazy, funny, unique and that’s why she’s soΒ likable. A lot of people haven’t heard of her yet and hence I suggest you look her up and check out her videos. Her YouTube channel is “OfficialDrewR” and you can follow her on twitter — @drewryniewicz. You have no idea what you’re missing out on, if you don’t.

Personally, I strongly believe Drew WILL be a big star someday and will also acquire a number of Grammys to her name πŸ˜‰ And when that happens, I will proudly tell everyone how I’ve been supporting her since the very beginning πŸ˜€
